Terms of Service

Partaay is a nightlife discovery, social, ticketing, VIP reservation, and messaging platform for guests, hosts, and DJs.

Accounts

Users must provide accurate account information, follow safety rules, and keep login credentials secure. Partaay may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the platform.

Events and Tickets

Hosts are responsible for accurate event details, address information, age requirements, ticket inventory, and door operations. All Partaay events are at least 21+.

Content and Conduct

Users may post photos, comments, messages, and event content. Illegal, unsafe, harassing, or misleading content may be removed and reported accounts may be reviewed by admins.

Payouts

Partaay may collect platform fees and manage host or ambassador payout records. Manual payout preferences may be used until automated payout systems are enabled.
